Program Details

Vision Start is a program supported by the Optometric Foundation of North Dakota and generous donors to provide comprehensive eye exams to children in need ages 3-7 at no cost to their family.

 

 Together through the Vision Start program, we will eliminate lazy eye in North Dakota and help kids see a brighter future!

Here's How it works:

1. APPLY

Click on the button below to get started.  Follow instructions to review, sign, & return the agreement.

2. PROMOTE

After applying, we’ll send you promotional materials to display in your eye clinic.  You can print extras too.

3. SCHEDULE

Once your eye clinic has been added to our website, parents will schedule appts and we’ll cover the cost.
